Our management has extensive knowledge and experience in the travel industry, and over the last decade or so, adapted to the changes in the industry brought about by changing technologies and the migration of the travel industry to an online service, whilst still retaining our traditional values of customer care.

We recognise that our type of travel business is not for everyone, but the perfect solution for some. The niche we have created, along with our old-fashioned values of customer care, provides a balance between those who find it easier to book online, and those who want the comfort of knowing there is always someone on the telephone to talk to.

The Covid-19 pandemic also brought changes to the way we operate and, having found the benefits of Video Consultations now offer this service, which is available on request, in addition to the standard telephone and email offerings.
