Considered the crown jewel of the Channel Islands, prepare to step back in time with a visit to beautiful Sark. With cars prohibited, the island’s unspoilt landscape and charming unpaved roads are best explored on bike or horse drawn carriage unless you choose to walk or cycle that is.
One of the highlights of any stay will be star gazing. With no street lights to pollute the skies, Sark became the World’s First Dark Sky Island in 2011 and you can visit the observatory which is open nightly or upon request to learn more about the stars, constellations, galaxies, milky way and much more.
Of course no holiday is complete without good food and Sark offers ample opportunities to indulge your taste buds with fantastic local produce. After a satisfying meal you can retire to your own luxury oasis at one of Sark’s great selection of hotels, bed and breakfasts and self catered accommodation. Whatever you choose to do you will be creating memories that will last a lifetime.
